this is a neat old cast iron hand plane chassis found while metal detecting. It is missing the lever cap, iron, blade, etc., but makes a very neat display relic. If you are adventurous, it could possibly even be restored.

The shoe of this plane measures 5 inches long by 1 5/8 inches wide, and the sides are 1 inch tall.
