HOLY HILL - WISCONSIN - BRASS BADGE

Product Description
This badge is was dug in Baldwin County, Alabama, but to date, I have been unable to trace the age of it. In the center, it says, "St. Christopher Be My Guide." I have found that Holy Hill was established sometime towards the end of the Civil War by one account, and post Civil War (1871) by another. I still have some pokers in the fire, and will update as soon as I receive more information.
UPDATE: I just received the following information from an outside source: Holy Hill is a major Catholic shrine and monastary which was founded in Washington County, Wisconsin, by the Carmelite Friars, in June 1906. It still exists today.
I cannot help but notice that the wings on your item are a near-exact duplicate of the wings on the World War 2 era US Army Air Corps "airman's wings" insignia (for pilots, bombardiers, gunners, etc).
Therefore, I'll guess that this Religious emblem is from approximately that time-period. Of course, my guess could be incorrect.
